In 2012, Bob Chapman invited General Johns (4-star General) in charge of Air Mobility Command to take Communication Skills Training (CST) in St. Louis, MO. General Johns realized how impactful the course would be for the 100,000 plus Airmen stationed at 13 different bases around the world, and began offering the course at Scott Air Force Base.
Scott AFB was the first CST Program OCL launched. Today, they have six Facilitators and over 1,300 course graduates serving around the world.
