How did you become involved with OCL?I attended a course in 2015 that has impacted my life forever. The impact I felt in my life inspired me to share this gift with everyone that I could, which also drove my desire to become a facilitator of CST.
What is your hope for OCL?My hope is that the mission and values of OCL reach every corner of every community and turn the objectives of CST into a culture that extends beyond the classroom and into organizations and families around the world.
How do you most often find yourself using what you learned in CST? My relationship with my beautiful, ferocious, red-headed teenage daughter has benefited greatly from my use of the skills learned in CST. She inquires about the material and has even asked if I would teach a class to her and her friends. This is proof that we can change the world by how we listen and communicate with those around us and that our actions leave a lasting impact. It is up to us to determine what that impact will be.
