Day job/ career:
Member Experience and Operations Leader
How did you become involved with Our Community Listens?
I was a participant in 2015 and have been excited about becoming a professor ever since.
What is your hope for Our Community Listens?
I believe in our vision of ‘world caring'. My belief is that it happens one experience at a time. Like a pebble in a pond; the ripple effect will impact lives as a multiplier.
How do you most often find yourself using what you learned in CST?
Our Community Listens has changed the way I relate to my family and friends. As my work responsibilities include a focus on the member experience for my organization, I use the Our Community Listens skills in my tool box every day.
What is your idea of a great day?
My great day takes place in the Rocky Mountains of Colorado... specifically hiking and climbing around Grizzly Creek. All I need is a great pair of hiking boots, plenty of water and a friend to share the experience with... even if it’s just me and God. I like to think of it as Mother Nature hugging us and feeding our souls with beauty and awe struck majesty.
