What is your role with OCL? I’m a facilitator for OCL, through the Pachamama Alliance partnership, and I also provide Listen Like a Leader to corporate clients, when requested.
What is your day job/career: I’ve been an organization development consultant, facilitator, coach and trainer for many years, focused especially on helping to create diverse, inclusive and caring organizations where people feel truly welcome and valued.
What is your hope for OCL? I love leading OCL courses for the wonderful people I meet and the opportunity to facilitate the deep, lasting changes in their lives that they are yearning for. I am invested in the vision of bringing this transformation to communities and making it possible for coworkers, teams, life-partners, families, neighborhoods and towns everywhere. I can see the changes already happening across the OCL map and love the bright future I can see ahead.
What is your favorite superhero and why? I find reasons for joy nearly everywhere I look: my family and friends, my work, the vista of the Colorado Rockies Continental Divide from my deck. I believe in the innate genius of everyone I meet, and playfulness is where I always prefer to go. In fact, my superhero may actually be Goofy!
